There are many ways to get involved in the autism community. Autisticfit Society encourages supporters to keep current on and active in ongoing advocacy issues regarding autism, and what is good to help improve the quality of life to through nutrition and exercise. Help us in Sugarland Texas at Lifetime Fitness and make an effort to attend our fundraiser spin ride . The benefits of being involved in the autism community are vast —not the least of which is educating yourself about the most appropriate nutritional needs and resources available to help your loved one on the spectrum flourish with good health and vitality

From 11am-3pm that same day, icryo sugarland will offer all the cyclists FREE normatec, FREE infrared sauna, and 50% off whole body cryotherapy. 40% of the proceeds from the cyclists, from the whole body cryo, will go towards Autisticfit society.

There will come a point in life, when we are sick and completely exhausted of all the masks we’re juggling. For some it’s when death is approaching, and at this time you realize the futility of the masks.
During illnesses our minds can be so tired that it no longer has the energy to create and hold up the masks, so we finally appear in our true being, and others often say, “You look peaceful.” Does this peace have anything to do with freedom?

Innocence is not a weakness, it’s a great strength. Masks are a sign of weakness. Remaining  true to innocence  aligns with life’s stream and therefore will be privy to an influx of well-being and love.

Masks are harmful, creating resistance to life’s natural movement.

We can tell when we’re in the presence of an authentic human being, one who isn’t “putting on a show,” they are just true to their humanness. This comfort is felt because in their presence we can sense our own authenticity and we sense the deep peace this authenticity brings.

Stay In Your Faith

For years I lived unknowing I had autism. A reality hard to find words for in the reality life has actually been and why, and not relating to life as was expected of me. Today I still deal with much consequence that happened along my journey and through that time of confusion in not knowing as common do and the things that could have been very different.. I know the difficulties and challenges that we all are faced with, living with  autism. The recovery it takes to clean up what autistics do not understand and the impacting toll our nervous systems endure when we are not protected. I strive to heal and through that evolving journey I also know how I and others like me impact the world and just how important staying courageous  is for all people.

Mindfulness Meditation:



Sit in a comfortable position. Try to sit in the same place each day. Avoid positions that you might fall asleep in.
a. The back is long and supports itself.
b. Shoulders are relaxed downward, the neck is long, and the chin is pointing neither up nor down.
c. The face is relaxed.

Begin to breathe (preferably through the nostrils). Feel the belly rise, the ribs expand, and the slight movement in the collarbones and shoulders as the breath moves upward. Feel the exhalation.

Focus on one aspect of the breath.
a. The movement of air in and out of the nostrils.
b. Or the lifting and falling of the belly.

Watch that one aspect of the breath.
a. When the mind wanders, gently bring it back to the breath and the aspect you have chosen to watch.
b. Do this as many times as you need to.
c. There is no such thing as a good or bad meditation. (Good and bad are judgments, events in the mind – just note them and go back to the breathing.)

Start with 5–10 minutes and then increase the time until you can sit for 30 minutes.

Authenticity and gratitude

Beauty is a way of being. Strength is showing up. Fierce self-love is the only option to choose . Living brings in flow for healthy follows.
We burn the  old stories and replace them with heart-light phases, drenched in commitment, filled with intense gratitude.

We are blessed with an incredible day today for many reasons. It’s a powerful day. The day of new awakenings and powerful new beginnings!
